最近刚买了一件双层排屋在JBKempas， 预计年底会好。。虽然还有一年的时间，可是怕自己的预算不够，所以想请教一下这里的大大，看RM30K够装修下面的项目吗？？
1. Plaster Ceiling and downlight for Living and Dinning Room
2. 铁花 for whole house
3. Kitchen Cabinet for dry and wet kitchen, wet only need bottom.
4. Build in wardrope for masterroom
5. Autogate (可以用原本的白钢门加motor罢了吗？)
6. 楼梯扶手换成玻璃加白钢的
还有想请问下，能够在不加plaster ceiling 的情况下装downlight吗？不好意思，第一次装修什么都不懂。。。

＝ 普通的Plaster Ceiling两千这样吧！还是要看范围尺寸
2. 铁花 for whole house
＝ 铁花那些都要看你用普通铁，实心铁，powder coating
3. Kitchen Cabinet for dry and wet kitchen, wet only need bottom.
＝也是要看你厨房尺寸
4. Build in wardrope for masterroom
＝３到４千吧，我的９尺宽，高到顶，４千
5. Autogate (可以用原本的白钢门加motor罢了吗？)
＝可以
6. 楼梯扶手换成玻璃加白钢的

没有plaster ceiling应该是弄不到downlight的
因为要挖洞！没有plaster ceiling就没得挖洞咯 |
