Terms & Conditions:
1) OurDianaStory only accept payment via Maybank and Public Bank. Payment must be made within 2 days after buyer's order has been placed or else your order will be cancelled.
2) Items sold are not refundable and exchangeable.
3) The items are bought in batch. However, OurDianaStory only have one batch in every one month. The batch closing date will be every 30 or 31 of the month. The buyer will receive their order items purchased in two weeks time.
4) Buyers will need to bare all the postage fees. However, for buyers who purchase over RM50 will have free postage. =)
5) Colour of the products may be slightly different due to the lighting and setting of monitor.
6) OurDianaStory will not have any responsibility for any loss or damages incurred in the shipping process.
7) Once orders has been confirmed (order is placed and payment is made),no cancellation. Payment made for order is not returnable.
8) The terms and conditions might be changed without prior notice.
