昨天我在hotel club预定了一晚bali岛住宿...RM46.77...hotel club注明了没机场接送...于是我就发email给这bali酒店询问关于机场接送服务...收费如何...该酒店也回复我了...
怎知道今天...bali酒店email我这封邮件...

We have received a booking through hotelclub to stay at Dewi Drupadi checking in on 11 Feb and out on 12 Feb 2013 in the name of Wxxx Cxxx Cxxx. Is this your booking? If so, while we would like to honour the booking, you need to know that, the rate that you paid through hotelclub was incorrect, there has been a mistake, it was one tenth of what it should be. We are sorting this out with Orbitz as to how this could happen. We will let you know of the results.

于是我就直接联络hotel club...我打了两次电话...最后一次她叫我email酒店的邮件给他们...他说bali酒店没人接电话...说有答案就回电给我...可是到现在都还没有消息...
我想知道的是...我的问题应该对hotel club还是bali酒店呢?要是对hotel club...为什么bali酒店会email我...而不是hotel club email我呢?
要是他们没给我酒店...或者要求我补钱...我该如何做?

这家hotel club真的是很差劲的公司...今天我再次致电到这间公司...询问下更近到如何了...结果...他说bali酒店不可能接受RM50块的价钱...我就问有什么方法解决...他给我两个选择...
1.再帮我找酒店
2.退回钱给我
我就说你在帮我找附近一带的酒店...他就问我原本订的那家bali酒店是几星级的...我就说是5星级的...
结果他说了这句话...说现实点RM50有可能买到5星级的酒店吗?让我当场不爽不满...我的确在你贵公司用这价钱买到5星级酒店...你那里还注明剩最后一间房间折扣50%...我当场就买了...贵公司也收了我的钱...给了我确认信...如果我坚持要这家酒店...你必须补回那差价给bali酒店...因为错的不在于我...出错的是你家公司...现在我肯退一步...可以接受3星级的...你们说尽量找...要是找不到...就退回钱给我...
目前他们再帮我找酒店...还没让我知道找到没有...我会继续更新...
