如何转去 credit shell？请帮我！

我每次生气的时候也是讲这句
但是后来还是一直看AA Promotion

用了AA飞过4次，就有2次有问题～上次是行李被延迟，这次是班级被延迟～

那说了真惭愧， 我搭飞机的次数真的数不清
我自己都算不出多少次
但100%都只是AA

因为我的钱包只能够cover AA

还记得上次第一次飞澳门，都是第一次了，而且要赶船去香港了，

结果！等等等，做莫一直看不到我的行李的？

结果过后才被通知是被遗留在KL


而且中招的，全部都是那些早早去drop baggage的乘客～

结果到香港酒店时已经是半夜2.00多了，当时眼泪偷偷的留下来

你有买 AA 的保险吗？

到最后有赔偿什么吗？例如 Rm200 的 voucher 之类。。

又买，email给了他们，他们说没有delay不知道超过几小时也没有不见，所以没有赔(>_<)

我如何做？才能把我 完整的 amount 转去 credit shell ？我已经是填了 e-form 给他们了，就收到这个 email 。

In response to your email, please reconfirm if you would request credit shell for the whole reservation number XXXXXXX
for our further process.

Please refer to the credit shell condition as below.

The balance left will be the amount for you to utilize on the following options:

&#61623;        Make new bookings, pre-booked meals and baggage

&#61623;        Make changes to an existing bookings, pre-booked meals and baggage

If you wish to utilize this option, we would greatly appreciate if you can provide us the passenger or credit card holder’s member ID. This can be created by following the procedures below:

1)      Log in to www.airasia.com

2)      Register as a member

3)      Click on ‘My Account’ upon login

4)      Retrieve the Customer ID

Lastly, kindly take note of the following:

·         It is valid for 90 days

·         Once expired, it will be locked by the system and it is not extendable

·         It is applicable for D7, AK, FD and QZ flights

·         It is transferable to any family members or friends

你是AA的会员吗？如果不是就要申请一个咯。。。可能他们不知要怎样帮你开个CreditShell户口。
申请后就告诉他们你的ID　
1)      Log in to www.airasia.com

2)      Register as a member

3)      Click on ‘My Account’ upon login

4)      Retrieve the Customer ID

AA没有直接退还去你的卡。。。他们会开一个户口叫"Credit Shell" 在你的AA帐号里头，当你要缴付下一次的机票，你会看到除了"Credit Card" 或 "Debit Card",中间会多一个"Credit Shell".... 他们刚刚退还给我，不是100%，因为机场税等等不能退。。 你要耐心等，大概5到6天(不包括周末)就会有结果的啦。期限只给你３个月。。。

那 要如何通知AA 说我要转去 credit shell 呢？

直接 email 他，告诉他我的 AA member ID？

麻烦告诉我，如何做。

你需要在开新的e-form给AA......
你的customer care 是谁？是不是Prapawadee Srisuphan(Customer Care)Thai AirAsia？？？？如果是的话,在开头就放那个人的名字... TO 谁谁谁....
在Form里头，需要告诉他们你的case number 和 booking number,告诉他们可以Proceed你的CreditShell户口。他们会回复你新的Case Number,然后等各5到6工作天。。。。
