• the rights of the Tenant to grant tenancies, licences or any rights to any third parties in respect of the “Other Premises” or any part thereof where such tenancies, licences or other rights will not materially affect the business of the Sub-Tenant, and to collect any Rent, licence fees or any monies payable thereto. Notwithstanding any provision of this Tenancy, the Sub-Tenant shall not in any way interfere with, restrict or affect the use and enjoyment of the Other Premises by any such third party.
• That the Sub-Tenant duly paying the Rent and complying with the Sub-Tenant's obligations in this Tenancy, shall peaceably hold and enjoy the Demised Premises throughout the Term without unnecessary interruption by the Tenant or any person lawfully claiming through, under or in trust for the Tenant.
• To permit the Tenant or his duly authorized agents during the 90 days immediately preceding the determination of this Agreement to affix and retain without interference upon the said Demised Premises a notice for re-letting the same and during the said 90 days to permit all persons with the written authority of the Tenant or his duly authorized agents at reasonable times upon prior appointment made to view the said Demised Premises.
