An overall good rating for the mountain overview at Jelapang landscape.It really a huge positive contribution for population blasting out.

New Meru Jaya Bus Terminal, will launch on June 2012 per current plan.
崭新的美露再也巴士总站，即将在今年六月启用。

MyDin's grand opening on tomorrow. And the next month could be the nearby Meru Jaya bus terminal. Let see how significant impact of these giant factors in contribution for Meru Jaya near future development.
迈汀将于明日隆重开张启业，随着的便是即将在六月启用的美露再也巴士总站，她们就在咫尺之间而已。我们就等待这两家巨头施展她们的影响力，看未来几年能给美露再也带来什么隆重不同的发展潜力。



Another positive news released for a theme park development at Meru Jaya. Not pretty sure how good it will be but definitely the properties within this region will increase drastically in near future.
美露再也又多添一个利好消息：境内即将会有一个主题公园的建立。姑且撇开她以后会带来什么实体的发展，但是近期她势必推高这一带的产业价格。



It could be coincident or a perfect plan to release constructive plans to the public gradually? Today another news about Meru Jaya, a recreation forest park will be launched on coming June.
It seems that this new zone is intention having commercial, business, residential, government offices, advanced infrastructures & facilities with a peaceful environment.
Well, foresee the coming sustainable news would be the new international school 'Tenby' next to Meru Desa Park.
这可能是巧合抑或是一个完美的计划？当局逐渐向公众发布建设性的发展计划，今天【大霹雳】又有另一个新闻，美露再也城会有新的一座休闲森林公园将于今年6月启用。
看来，这个新的区域是有意打造成为具有商业、住宅、政府办公楼、先进的基础设施并且拥有一个山林环抱的环境。
预见未来持续的利好新闻便是有关在【美露新豪城】旁建立的新国际学校Tenby吧。

The overview landscape on the new sanitary landfill where the Lahat hill region been severely exploited。
鸟瞰新的垃圾场的开发致使拿乞附近一带的丘陵被严重剥削。



The hill nearby been explored and destroyed lead to a not good status on feng shui point of view.
临近的山丘被开垦和破坏，导致风水格局严重受损。



A lake with the ugly wasteland from the mining activity last century.
上世纪锡米采矿留下来的废矿湖与有损人丁的山丘。



Obvious polluted near field environment from the industrial area.
明显可看到因为临近一带的工业区排出来的废气污染了这里的环境。



Unidentified factor on such shop lot where imbalance found on the building structure. Could be the underground water flow activity cause this phenomenon? Or the mistake during construction? We not sure yet.
不明因素导致所店铺的建筑结构失去平衡性。是地下水的流动造成此现象的吗？抑或是施工过程中的错误？我们还不能确定。



The complaint on today newspaper from the nearby residents regarding the new Papan sanitary landfill producing disgusting smell all the time.
From our understanding, the windy environment on the hill side will carry and separate the stinking smell to Lahat, Papan, Menglembu, Pusing, Batu Gajah, Farlim & Ipoh region. Of course Papan & Lahat town would be affected the most.
今天的报纸刊登了新垃圾处理场一带的居民抱怨与不满，皆因他们承受不了垃圾场日以夜继散发的臭味。
据我们所了解，山丘上的恶心臭味随风相送，把气味传到拿乞，甲板，万里望，布先，华都亚也，华林市与怡保一带的城镇。当然，甲板和拿乞被污染情况来的最为严重。
