- above 20,000 sq ft (at least cater 6 cars and 8 base service center)
- standalone building or existing building
- rent, can consider buy as well
- Puchong (along the highway from bukit jalil to Puchong, where Mercedes-benz showroom.
- Seri kembangan area along Jusco Cheras Selatan highway.
