Dear Albert

I bought a pair of your sandals (model no: 08509-6058-15) today, 5 June 2011 at Parkson Ipoh Parade.
Cash Memo no: 475831. After wearing for a few hours, I realized that the colour on the cloth on the upper center part of the sandals sticks to my feet.

Please refer to photo attached.

In line with our service policy, we will need you to send in the pair of shoes to any Bonia boutiques / men shoes counters that is nearest to you so that they can route it back to HQ for further action. Also, we would like to remind you to bring along your purchase receipt. We would only be able to advice you further after check is made by the merchandisers.
