求助，第一次使用samsung就碰壁了～

我的samsung galaxy ace5830无法使用USB连接电脑，简单地说，就是无法用USB吧电脑的文件传输到手机，以前用nokia时都还可以啊～到底是什么问题啊～好难搞哦～==当插上USB时，手机只显示；充电中；而电脑也没弹跳出什么东西～

Connect as a mass storage device
You can connect your device to a PC as a removable disk
and access the fle directory. If you insert a memory card
in the device, you can also access the fle directory of the
memory card by using the device as a memory card reader.

The fle directory of the memory card will appear
as a removable disk, separate from the internal
memory.
If you want to transfer fles from or to a memory card,
1 insert a memory card into the device.
Using a PC data cable, connect the multifunction jack  
2 on your device to a PC.Open the shortcut panel.
3 Select  4  USB connected →    Turn on USB storage → OK.
Open the folder to view fles.
5 Copy fles from the PC to the memory card.

不是用这机。。可以上别的网站找下资料。。。然后。。读user manual一定有教的。。。

楼主，你install了samsung 给你的 kies software了吗？因为要install 了电脑才会找到driver，电脑有了driver后你把电话插下去就会问你kies or xxx, 选下面那个你的my computer就会出removable disk就可以看到了。

   是的，你买电话时应该有拿到一个kies installer disc 吧？install 之后应该就可以detect 到了.
