The time I bought only left few unit only, my one is 20x65 and the price already marked up almost 50k by developer since almost 80% completed. only good thing is no need to pay bank progressive interest.
Actually, that cement factory just packaging only, I went there so many time and do not really see or smell dust flying around. Basically, the air condition there is good
The reason I didn't buy phase 10 just because of the graveyard, afterall just depends on you pantang or not, many ppl stay nearby graveyard also...
What attract me there is because got one chinese primary school within walking distance and kluang KTM (although our KTM always late one la, aih...) another factor is the new MRT project is going to interchange with KTM sg.buloh and it will be as close of 3~5km from sri putra mas or you can prefer to take kluang KTM and interchange with MRT in sg.buloh MRT as well. |
