急~借钱给朋友需要什么借据？

急~有问题请教：

想借钱给朋友，但又怕事后问题多多
请问是否可以自己拟定贷款合同，如这个：

这样的合同在法律上有效吗？

可以, 但如果他还是不还你, 你不能告他破産.

顺便借问一下，如果要做合同雪隆区那里有好介绍？收费如何？我被欠大约１６千，人还在，就是一直拖，拖了９个月了。。。
如果算利息合法吗？

其实很多人以为自己立下的借剧就可以。其实是没有效的。他就算不还你。你都不能告他破产的。
