请问大大们，刑事毁坏的刑罚是什么..要坐牢么？
就轻微的，刮花别人的车，弄坏锁匙洞那种..
帮人家问的..

Punishment for committing mischief
426. Whoever commits mischief shall be punished with
imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months or with
fine or with both.

看那個東西的价值.
这是RM25, 以前的RM25是很大一下的.

Committing mischief and thereby causing damage to the amount
of twenty-five ringgit
427. Whoever commits mischief and thereby causes loss or damage
to the amount of twenty-five ringgit or upwards, shall be punished
with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years or
with fine or with both

轻微的， 刑罚是
1）坐牢不超过三个月， 或
2）罚款， 或
3）（1） 和（2）

严重的（如損壞超过RM25.00）， 刑罚是
1）坐牢不超过两年， 或
2）罚款， 或
3）（1） 和（2）

所以， （单读 Penal Code）给你的答案是：- 也许要坐牢

事实， 通常法庭都会判罚款， 除非是严重的案件， 重犯者
