PTPTN 欠债。。。

如果我的PTPTN欠债没还清（最近收到政府的追债信。。。T_T），政府会不会发出禁止出国令？（注：我每年都有还RM300~500的哦。。。>_<）

    其实最主要的原因为什么政府出信是因为在 Limitation Act 1953 Section 6(1),(2):

Limitation of actions of contract and tort and certain other actions
6. (1) Save as hereinafter provided the following actions shall not be brought after the expiration of six years from the date on which the cause of action accrued, that is to say—
(a) actions founded on a contract or on tort;
(b) actions to enforce a recognisance;
(c) actions to enforce an award;
(d) actions to recover any sum recoverable by virtue of any written law other than a penalty or forfeiture or of a sum by way of penalty or forfeiture.
(2) An action for an account shall not be brought in respect of any matter which arose more than six years before the commencement of the action.

如果PTPTN没出信，after 6年你不需要还债了，因为合约约束期过了。只要有attention给你的追债信＝cause of action，PTPTN就能在出信的日期直到6年以内有权利向你追债。其实PTPTN出信给你还算不错了，MARA loan都没有出信，直接登在报章上（如果你有看NST你在weekend一定会看到的），MARA这么做，也将合约约束期延长到6年从登报的日期。
