Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 24 March 2025 in relation to the Proposed Disposal (“Previous Announcement”). Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Previous Announcement. Following completion of due diligence and negotiations between the parties, on behalf of the Board of Directors of PGB, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that POSSB has entered into a conditional share sale agreement with RLSB today to document the terms and conditions governing the Proposed Disposal (“SSA”).
