这个是OSK Properties的project,都没看到有人讨论。。。
有三款屋子供选择，
1. Ravenia (2-storey terrace 20x70), house length(40), backyard(6) and covered car porch(24). Selling price for standard unit RM185800 (inclusive of legal, stamping and bank loan agreement).

2. Turnera (1-storey terrace 20x70), house length(50), car porch(20). Selling price for standard unit RM130800 (inclusive of legal, stamping and bank loan agreement).

3.  Aster (1-storey terrace 20x70), house length(37), backyard(13) and car porch(20). Selling price for standard unit RM119800 (inclusive of legal, stamping and bank loan agreement).   

Show houses available for viewing, personally feels that the materials used are not really impressed with this price at this location. Anyone has booked one?

不要卖。公主城不好。。环境不爽。。买laguna merbok or lot 88 (新起的）的还要好。laguna merbok 比较幽静。。 公主城有点杂。。

我也是觉得那里很杂。。。离市区也较远。。
应该是the spring吧。。驾车过时拍的。。

SP的屋子是有点供过于求了。。但是，那些位置好的，价格已涨了很多。为例: Legenda Height,  Lot 88传说的高度，

還買得起啦～但我選択買了過去一点、比較近市区的2.5Storey Semi-D。

昨天刚过去看看，觉得较里边的比较好些！没有外面入口处这样复杂！

最吸引我的是以不过Rm400,000就可以拥有3000平方尺的洋楼了！
