请问摆市集或到shopping mall摆档需要有注册公司吗？
新人准备第一次摆档，有什么需要注意的吗？

摆摊是不需要注册公司的，只要作品是出自于摊主本身，就符合手作市集的宗旨。
我觉得
•第一次摆档不能太在意收入，毕竟是第一次。不过只要慢慢建立口碑，这个就不成问题。
•想更吸引买家，可以加些小摆设。（不过我很懒，所以摊位也没什么布置，哈哈）

Hi,
We are the organizer: SYIOK Wasabi.
SYIOK Wasabi represents a small group of individuals with a shared passion in creative arts and in making George Town a centre for inspiration and creativity. It started with collaboration work in organizing art & cultural events between two small teams: No.8 Soda Fountain and Chai Diam Ma. As our network expanded, we decided to join hands and share our resources as one team. The name SYIOK Wasabi is inspired by our belief in international and intercultural exchanges of creative ideas and design.
We are going to help an art event called Syiok Wasabi Fest. The Syiok Wasabi Fest is happening on the 30th (Saturday) and 31st(Sunday) August at The Victoria Street, George Town Penang, start from 5pm-10pm! The theme of the event is WASABI! So go creatively with wasabi feel or colour!
By joining us, you will be able to:
- Be part of an event held in George Town Festival.
- Introduce your business to local and foreign shoppers with a keen interest in the arts
Centrally located in the civic district, benefits of the venue include:
- heavy human traffic, including tourists
- live music performances, exhibitions and interactive workshops in conjunction with our event
- shoppers will indulge in an artsy atmosphere

We are currently on the hunt for artists, crafters and designers throughout Malaysia and Japan.
Therefore, we would like to you to participate in this upcoming event.
Some thing need to take note:
- RM75 per booth perday (you can choose either 1 day or 2 days, please let us know which day)
- tables (3ft x3ft)and chairs will be provided. you can be creative with it by setting up tables as you wish
*Please find the application form attached herein. In there are the terms and conditions that you need to know. Fill it in and return it back to us.
You will be notified about your participation within a week after your application.

卡卡艺术市集 @ 普照寺落成庆典
活动名称：马佛青45周年暨普照寺落成庆典
活动日期：11/7/2015（星期六）
市集时间：9am – 7pm
地点：马佛青普照寺Lot 1957, Batu 8, Jalan Batu Pahat, 86000 Kluang, Johor.
行程：10/7(五), 8pm 巴士由吉隆坡往普照寺，12/7(日), 1pm 巴士由普照寺返吉隆坡。
摊位：30个摊位
布置时间：11/7/2015, 8.00am
费用：摊位费RM100（大会提供住宿2晚及膳食）
交通：巴士（卡卡团队安排妥当后通知。摊主需付费）

星期5晚开车，到那边已经半夜了，所以就会留宿1夜。星期6则是第2夜。
至于其他问题，就得email去问。

我昨天参加了ZZ Market 自在市集。
租金免费（目前还是，只是要租桌椅要付点费用，不过你可以自己携带），而且是户外的（one city的大走廊），空间很大，顶上有遮雨棚挂着两把巨型电风扇，满凉爽的。
缺点是这个地方还很新，而且偏远（在subang USJ）, 所以人潮不多，昨天遇到下大雨只卖了7样东西。
不过我还是会回去摆档，因为租金免费没有压力，而且你真的觉得很自在。 |
