On behalf of the Board of Directors of Eonmetall, Inter-Pacific Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake a private placement of up to 27,698,700  new ordinary shares in Eonmetall (“Shares”), representing up to 10% of the existing total number of issued Shares (excluding treasury shares), to independent third-party investor(s) to be identified later at an issue price to be determined later (“Proposed Private Placement”).
