如何烹煮娘惹咖喱腌鱼胃perut ikan

请问如何烹煮娘惹咖喱腌鱼胃?我找了一些网站,只有图片,没有教导如何烹煮。而有些网站的材料我看不懂,请大家分享分享你们的秘诀!多多指教!谢谢各位!!

Spice paste
1 stalk lemongrass香茅
6 shallots葱
8 dried red chilies辣椒
3 slices of galangal南姜
1 inch of turmeric黄姜
1 tablespoon of roasted belacan烤香的belacan
3 tablespoons of coriander seeds莞荽
6 pieces of fermented fish stomach腌鱼肚
10 green beans (cut into 2 inches length)长豆(其实greenbean是乌龟豆)
1 egg plant (cut into small wedges)茄子
1 small ripe pineapple (cut into 2 inches sticks)黄梨
1/2 lb small shrimp虾
5 chilies (slit and cut into 2 inches length)辣椒
1 ginger flower (sliced finely)姜花(laksa花)
10 kaffir lime leaves (sliced finely)麻疯柑叶(煮tomyam的)
30 daun kadok leaves (sliced finely)山栳叶(很像栳叶的,只是比较薄而已)
20 sprigs polygonum leaves (use only the leaves)daun kesum煮咖喱的
20 sprigs of mint leaves (use only the leaves)薄荷
1 cup coconut milk椰浆
Tamarind Juice亚叁水 |
