It is located at left hand side of BKE highway if you direction is towards Kulim Hi-Tech. Take berapit exit, and turn left, go straight until u see a tracffic light, then turn right, go further up, u will see it on ur right hand side. |

I am not very sure on that, because we haven't obtained the OC yet. But during the time I booked it, the sales told me the houses in this taman were mostly booked by chinese! |

Yes, you're right! You can get there thru Berapit Exit. Interested in this area?
Honestly speaking, I don't think it is a very strategic location. If you are going to Butterworth, you need to pay toll (BKE highway), and to BM, can route thru Berapit T-junction there, but during night time, the tracffic flow is quite low...
The time I booked it was totally attracted by their materials used inside and the pricing! |

钥匙上个礼拜拿到了，可是OC到现在还没pass！agreement 有写before19/1/2012 会complete完，全部东西！我也想知道OC几时pass!我四月一定要搬进去了 |
