We refer to LCL’s announcement made on 15 December 2009 and 4 January 2010 respectively pursuant to PN17.

The Board of Directors of LCL wishes to update the Bursa Securities that the Company has identified a potential investor ie KHS&S as part of LCL’s plan to regularise its financial condition.

It has 11 major offices in the USA and its regional offices include Macau, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok and Singapore. LCL will discuss, deliberate and outline the Regularisation Plan with the representatives from KHS&S on the details of LCL’s Regularisation Plan. LCL will make the necessary announcements to Bursa Securities accordingly in due course.

This announcement is dated 29 January 2010.

CIMB把他的股票賣出去，這些票誰接手，這一點要了解，如果LCL要除牌來講，CIMB是比市埸最快知道。
LCL欠下一億多的債務，LCL還有什麼資產?

重組?
債權人肯嗎?

如果這次的上漲是假象，而是他們放消息的話，那麼抄高後就賣票。
連大股東也不敢肯定，毒拜的錢能收回來，如果有保障，大股東不會讓LCL的股票暴跌，因為它有機會收回那些欠錢的工程。
還記得上一次，LCL被毒拜那里的一家公司終止合約嗎?
之後它的那些東西還講要運到去新加坡那里的投標工程，最後新加坡也投標不到工程。

像LCL這種裝修公司，都可以講很多，LCL負債一億多，那家公司要收購LCL，有可能嗎?

如果大股東沒有被CIMB賣出它的股份，LCL可能還有機會反盤，如果被人收購，這大股東就連一條毛也沒有了，還要背負銀行的債務，所以這消息是100%是假消息。

所以吃下這大股東的票，肯定是銀行的人，放消息出去無非是要把這些票賣出。

如果你不是借钱买进，那么你就要衡量你买进时候的价钱与现在卖出的价钱。如果不是损失太多，那就放了吧！否则，后果自负了！

发了，上星期我买进50000UNIT. 0.210，今天0.315卖出去了，发了，过肥年了哈哈

0602 GMT [Dow Jones] LCL Corp (7177.KU) +19.2% at 31 sen, may retest high of 32.5 sen later, after company announces to stock exchange last Friday, it has identified US-based contractor KHS&S as strategic partner under plan to pare down its borrowings. "People are buying because the presence of a new strategic shareholder will ensure that the interior fit-out remains listed," says dealer; adds stock bashed down in the past few month on delisting fears after company defaulted on some loans. But CIMB Research analyst Nigel Foo says even if KHS&S does invest in LCL, it is only expected to come in after the group completes its restructuring, which could take some time. "Until we see signs of a recovery of collections in Dubai, LCL remains very much an Underperform given the potential de-rating catalysts of worsening newsflow, continuing collection problems in Dubai and its high net gearing of 4.7x," says Foo; keeps LCL's target at 25-sen.
