（吉隆坡）MTONE集團（MTONE,0033,創業板科技組）配合重組計劃，與數名“白武士股東”簽署瞭解備忘錄，以收購KCH採礦污染控制公司（KCH）股權。這間公司發文告指出，重組計劃涉及減少資本、附加股、KCH收購計劃、註銷債務及償還債務計劃。

KCH主要業務為礦物開採和承包工作。

我是講，如要發附加股，都會在 rm 0.100之間。
白武士應該會先從市埸私人收購，之後大量放出消息，最終得益也就是他們。

應該還有尾部手續要談未來的控制公司的運作。
