- Monthly Announcement on the Status of Regularisation Plan pursuant to

Practice Note 17 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia

Securities Berhad

The Board of Directors of Axis wishes to inform that further to the last

monthly announcement made on 1 October 2009, Axis had on, 21 October 2009

submitted the application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Bursa

Securities) for an extension of time of 6 months from the last day, i.e. 23

November 2009 for the Company to submit its regularisation plan pursuant to

Practice Note 17 of the Main Market Listing Requirements (LR) of Bursa

Securities.

On 23 March 2009, Axis announced that the Company is an Affected Listed Issuer

pursuant to PN17 of the LR of Bursa Securities (First Announcement). Under the

requirements of PN17, Axis is required to amongst others, submit a plan to

regularise its conditions (Regularisation Plan) to the relevant authorities

within 8 months from the date of the First Announcement was made. In this

respect, the last day for submission of the Regularisation Plan will be on 23

November 2009 (Submission Timeframe).

Despite the best effort to meet the Submission Timeframe, unfortune turn of

events such as the RM375 million provisions being made for the Axis groups 15

months financial results ended 30 June 2009 in respect of impairment of fixe

assets and goodwill, provisions for bad debts and slow moving inventories which

was announced on 28 August 2009, hindered the process of finalising the

Regularisation Plan. As such, a new Regularisation Plan has to be

conceptualised from scratch and hence, more time is needed to discuss or

negotiate with the lenders.

As at the date of this announcement, Axis is pending the Bursa Securities

consideration of the aforesaid application of extension of time by 6 months,

i.e. from 23 November 2009 to 23 May 2010 for the Company to submit its

Regularisation Plan to Bursa Securities.

This announcement is dated 2 November 2009.

我们人类看到这样冲冲的是很兴奋的，会不知不觉跑去买。
看到这样的股真的是很爽的，但是不要买这样，很容易就会输。

稽查師無法發表意見‧雅飾前景或堪憂

（吉隆坡）雅飾集團（AXIS,7447,主板工業產品組）稽查師合華（Messrs Horwath）提呈從去年4月1日至今年6月30日止財務報表的獨立稽查師報告，並指出在無法獲得充足適當的審核證據下，無法對該財報發表意見。
配合這項宣佈，此股從週一（11月2日）早上9時停牌，並於週二（11月3日）恢復交易。根據稽查師報告指出，已經審核雅飾集團包含截至2009年6月30日止資產負債表的財務情況，還有包括去年4月1日至今年6月30日的收入、股權變動與現金流動報表。
無法償還借貸
其中，雅飾集團在截至2009年止財政年淨虧損達3億9990萬令吉，總負債超過總資產2億6940萬令吉。至於股東赤字達2億6940萬令吉，同時也無法償還借貸與一些金融機構貸款，這些都可能會導致雅飾集團前景蒙憂。
稽查師指出，根據財務報告標準與1965年公司法，雅飾集團董事有責任對這些財報準備與公平呈現，包括制定、執行與維持內部相關財務準備控制。
合華已在上週五（10月30日）透露並不會在即將到來的股東常年大會尋求重新受委，董事會採取必要步驟委任另一家特許會計公司為稽查師。
上週五，雅飾集團提呈從去年4月1日至今年6月30日的財務報表，並已委任一家獨立會計公司來協助審查其特定賬面債務與資產的程序。
“程序將包括調查債務的類型與原因，尤其是財務報表中一些有問題債務與註銷呆帳。檢討目前正在進行，尚未在公佈審核財務報表的日期中總結。”

報告都講明了無法還錢了。
