偷窃的惩罚最重是。。。

朋友因贪，而拿了公司的一些资源，如果公司要追究到底，请问最重的惩罚是怎样呢？罚款？坐牢？

根据SEKSYEN 381 KK。最高刑法是被判7年监禁和罚款。
你朋友拿了什么，搞到老板要报警捉他？

其实也没什么重要东西，只不过一些文具，如A4纸，笔之类的罢了。
但是那里的老板已经很不爽我朋友了，怕他会弄大事情。
但依我所知，那老板很小气，很喜欢小事化大，所以我想知道如果他要弄大的话，
最重的惩罚会到什么阶段。

可以是 (1) 偷窃 （2） 失信

Section 381. Theft by clerk or servant of property in possession of master.

Whoever, being a clerk or servant, or beingemployed in the capacity of a clerk or servant, commits theft inrespect of any property in the possession of his master or employer,shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend toseven years, and shall also be liable to fine.

Section 408. Criminal breach of trust by clerk or servant.

Whoever, being a clerk or servant, oremployed as a clerk or servant, and being in any manner entrusted insuch capacity with property, or with any dominion over property,commits criminal breach of trust in respect of that property, shall bepunished with imprisonment for a term which shall not be less than oneyear and not more than fourteen years and with whipping, and shall alsobe liable to fine.

除非还没有报警，不然，你以为说解就解啊～
