Description	Incident involving Vessel in Brazil - Ongoing Assessment of Potential Impact
The Board of Directors hereby informs that a fire incident has occurred on one of the Group’s vessels presently located in Brazil on 17 May 2025. The vessel is currently under a bareboat charter arrangement. The Company was informed by the charterer of the fire incident on 21 May 2025.  No casualties were reported. The Company is in close contact with the charterer and is working with the relevant parties to ascertain the cause of and circumstances surrounding the incident. Investigations are ongoing, and technical evaluations are being carried out to determine the extent of the damage which may be potentially significant based on what the Company is able to ascertain so far. The Company has also notified the vessel’s insurers. Further updates will be provided as material developments arise. This announcement is dated 28 May 2025

Description	Further Update on Fire Incident Involving Group's Vessel Located in Brazil
Further Update on Fire Incident Involving Group’s Vessel Located in Brazil Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 28 May 2025 in relation to a fire incident involving one of the Group’s vessels located in Brazil. The Company hereby provides a further update on the matter. Since the initial report, the Company has remained in close communication with the charterer and relevant authorities to assess the situation and determine the extent of the damage. As of the date of this announcement, access to the affected vessel remains restricted due to prevailing site conditions. These access constraints have delayed a full on-site assessment of the vessel and the damage sustained. Our Company has despatched a team to the location together with the appointment of surveyors, to be physically on site so as to be able to be fully appraised of the situation, and the team is working in close coordination with the above mentioned local parties to gain access as soon as conditions permit. There are no reported casualties, and the vessel continues to operate under a bareboat charter arrangement. Given the restricted access and ongoing investigations, there have been no further material developments to report since the Company’s last announcement. The vessel is covered by Hull & Machinery insurance. The Company will continue to monitor the situation closely and will provide further updates as and when there are further developments.
