WC是公司发出的第三代warrant。以前有WA，WB，现在WC。
Warrant持有者只需付exercise price（中文称为“行使价格”），就能持有母股（即Sunway）。值不值得这样换，当然要算过先啦。

Contents : Kindly be advised that SUNWAY's 246,655,262 New Warrants issued pursuant to the aforesaid Proposals will be admitted to the Official List of Bursa Securities and the listing and quotation of these New Warrants on the Main Board under the "Loans" sector will be granted with effect from 9.00 a.m., Tuesday, 10 March 2009, on a "Ready" basis pursuant to the Rules of Bursa Securities.
The Stock Short Name, ISIN Code and Stock Number of the New Warrants are "SUNWAY-WC", "MYL4308WCO34" and "4308WC" respectively.
