Description	PROPOSED ACQUISITION OF A PIECE OF LAND MEASURING 10.879 ACRES LOCATED IN KUALA LANGAT, NEGERI SELANGOR FOR A CASH CONSIDERATION OF RM26 MILLION FOR BUSINESS EXPANSION BY POSIM MARKETING SDN BHD
The Board of Directors of Lion Posim Berhad wishes to announce that Posim Marketing Sdn Bhd (“Posim Marketing”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 25 November 2021 entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement with Bonus Essential Sdn Bhd ("Bonus Essential") for the acquisition by Posim Marketing of 10.879 acres of vacant freehold industrial land located at Kuala Langat, Selangor from Bonus Essential for a cash consideration of RM26 million.
