冰岛：尽力避免国家破产2008年10月09日21:39

随着金融危机进一步加剧，冰岛可能成为欧洲倒下的第一块多米诺骨牌。冰岛政府今天宣布，接管该国最大的商业银行，至此，冰岛三大银行已全部被政府接管。冰岛总理盖尔·希尔马·哈尔德表示，冰岛将尽力避免国家破产。
　　冰岛总理盖尔·希尔马·哈尔德说：“我在周一的全国讲话中，告诉过我们即将经历非常严峻的金融困境，但是这也好过另一种可能，那就是面临国家破产，如果我们同意我们的民族和政府，需要对银行系统的巨额债务负责，我们将不排除这种可能。”
　　另外，由于市场缺乏足够支撑，冰岛央行昨天决定放弃前一天制定的固定汇率制度，但实行浮动汇率后，冰岛克朗昨天再次下跌23%。仅有30万人口的冰岛，10多年来金融业超常发展，金融产业在国民经济中比重远远超过其他产业。随着全球信贷危机来临，冰岛为经济异常发展付出代价，冰岛外债现在超过1383亿美元，但国内生产总值仅为193.7亿美元。为防止冰岛金融危机影响整个欧洲，英国政府昨天表示将对英国储户在Icesave银行的所有存款提供担保；瑞典央行向冰岛第一大银行提供最多50亿瑞典克朗贷款。冰岛与俄罗斯借款40亿欧元的谈判也将于14号在莫斯科举行。 (责任编辑：单秀巧)

更糟糕的是,那个外债绝大部分不是美元就是欧元计价,kronar每大跌一下,外债就大大增长一下.

不过我说的是美国,实际上走得最激烈的是冰岛.

现在,其实是北欧童话破灭的时刻.

作为世界上最好的福利国家,实际上,北欧三国目前也面临重大金融风险.

直到今天,其实北欧股票跌势属于欧美最重.各离最高点腰斩一半.

實體經濟＝GDP，虛擬經濟如股市，期貨，衍生產品等等於是市值。
美國是３６倍本益比，
日本１６倍，中國１０倍。

美國明顯超出其合理價值了！下跌是應該的。
本益比越高，跌的越深。
如果一跌到底，我看大家就要回老家種田了！

实际上,对我来说,在老家从事农业是种高等活动.

因为毕竟,在当代社会,不是每一个人都有农业地去从事这个农业工作的.
现在pahang一acre地竟然还有人好意思挂出45000的价格出来,根据我的估价和行情价,那个地点,只值20000块,因为各农产品价格都腰斩一半.估计未来还会跌.
跌到sarawak大山里面,才1000块一acre的时候,我的推荐(call)是买2acre,然后当个农民好了.

不然以后如果手上有一堆股票,但是吃不饱,就会被人笑话了.
