为什么game guard会出现error的？

我update了gunbound之后，在跑gameguard的时候，它弹出了一个框框说什么:"error 114, gamemon xxxxxx"， 就进不到游戏画面..
我试过uninstall了再download再install，还是出现这样的问题...
想请教下各位大大有遇到这样的问题吗？ 怎样解决呢？？？

1. run the AVG Control Center (Start -> Programs -> AVG 7.5 -> AVG Control Center)
2. double-click on the Resident Shield component
3. disable option Turn on AVG Resident Shield protection
4. save these settings using the OK button
