我哥哥住在英国，他想和他的台湾女友回来大马注册结婚，听说娶外国新娘满麻烦的，请问大家知道程序是怎样的吗？谢谢。

应该是可以在英国马来西亚大使馆办就可以咯...

我也不清楚，他说他们想回来注册，所以我想帮忙他们找点资料。

在马来和台湾都需要公证,如果以后小孩不要做大马人就可以在英国结婚..那以后就可以持有英国和台湾护照!

跟台湾人结婚有个好处就是,住在台湾超过180天就可以拿居留权!!!

在英国可以到马来大使馆和台湾办事处处去~~~
但是在马来西亚的你们就要忙了...忙跑婚姻注册句~~~
还要忙着寄快邮!!!因为有文件(单身证明)需要拿回马来盖章后,马来大使馆才能接受你是单身!

Application Form, Notification of Marriage & Statutory/Written Declaration Sections 14, 16, 21(1), 22(3) & 6

Applicants are required to go to the NRD counter/Malaysian Consular office/Embassy with supporting documents:·
·         Malaysian identity card for Malaysians·
·         Passport for foreign citizens and photocopy of the first page & latest date of entry into Malaysia (A4 size)·
·
1 colored photo each (32 mm x 38 mm)· Birth certificate (for applicants 16-20 years old.
·
Death certificate (if relevant)·
·
Letter confirming marital status (single) for foreign citizens
If divorced:

• Letter confirming marital status after divorce (original)
• Decree nisi for absolute divorce (original & photocopy)

Normal marriage:

• Foreign citizen must reside in Malaysia at least 7 days before application of marriage. After the application has been displayed for 21 days, the ceremony will be performed and the application will expire in 6 months.
  Throughout the 21 days, the foreign citizen is allowed to leave and enter the country before the ceremony is performed.
