案例1

中文应该是用google翻译的吧，翻译到很不好，还是看英文的比较容易懂。

首先，我的意见是，两个父母都没有意愿要让孩子生存下来，因为这样会为他们的。未来带来许多difficulty。
我想这是无可厚非的。

现在人，都是以自身利益为先，君不见在中国会有那么多溺死女婴的事件吗？
虽然很残忍，但是我觉得父母那样没有错，至少结束了婴的生命，对自己的未来和婴儿的未来都有许多好处。

或许有人会说，要是让那婴活下来，他可能是下一个stephen hawking,但是别忘了，他们的家庭财力是有问题的，根本没有能力长期供养有缺陷，需要长期接受治疗的儿女。
况且downsyndrome也会影响智力。

不过在case 1的让婴儿饿死，我就觉得不人道，因为婴儿必须承受哪个痛苦。
不过要是由医生或任何一个人对婴儿进行安乐死，也没有人能负起哪个谋杀的责任。

但是，when there is will,there is a way,天无绝人之路。
或许生命跟金钱的平衡点，需要各自去寻找吧！

要是父母已經沒有撫養嬰兒的意願，試問孩子還怎麽能夠健康快樂得成長？要是硬硬要孩子生存下來，那是活受罪阿，孩子無法得到父母的愛，家庭的溫暖，長大之後很有可能會制造許多的社會問題，因爲發育成長不健全。這對孩子對父母而言，是兩敗俱傷的事情。

case 1 我也覺得不應該讓孩子餓死，很殘忍！應該讓她安樂死，這樣孩子不會那麽痛苦。

case 2 讓我覺得，是慢性痛苦的劇增和延伸。

在这里也提出小小愚见。个人认为事件1中的父母自私而不负责任。即使在11天女婴死亡的过程，他们也承受极大痛苦。事件1中并没提到他们经济问题，我就假设他们没经济问题。没错，确定这孩子有智障，所谓的唐氏综合症。比平常小孩更难照顾，但为人父母不该遇难则退。难道孩子比较笨父母就有权遗弃他？？况且现在外国有许多专为唐氏综合症设立的特别学校，能提供他们基本生活训练。最让人心痛是让他活活饿死，如果说安乐死父母须付法律责任，活活饿死也不应该无罪。

事件2表面上就复杂多了，智障,小肠阻塞，心脏有孔，财务及婚姻都有问题。为何父母无意愿让孩子活下去，原因也一样不愿孩子成为累赘。除了去除小肠阻塞，还要做心脏手术，开销庞大。但毕竟是为人父母的责任呀。你不能本身的财务和婚姻有问题而放弃一个生命。纵然以后的日子是艰苦，但也不能推卸责任。

我的答案
1．        两件的医务人都没错。
2．        应该让她安乐死
3．        社会有责任援助父母培养孩子。
