因为我的英语能力有限，请大家帮帮忙，帮我解决这道问题：
The roots of an equation are the reciprocals of the roots of the equation
x^2 + 2ax -c^2 that equation.

根据我的了解是，

x^2 + 2ax - c^2 = 0 有两个 roots p,q

而且 p = 1/q  (reciprocal 就是倒翻）

但是 pq = -c^2 ==> -c^2 = 1 不可能。

你有没有完整的题目？老实说我也看不懂你的句子....

x^2 + 2ax -c^2，有两个root，假设为p，q
另外一个equation的roots是 1/p， 1/q

应该是要找那个equation吧

这题是pelangi的exercise 2.5第8题的题目来的
题目并没有说 -c^2 =1啊

我原本误会题目要找 p = ? , q = ? ....

那个equation就是
-c^2x^2 + 2ax +1=0
