Battery Meter for Pinball Machines

这是一个简单的voltage monitor circuit。
如果 battery voltage （VBat）低过 Vref１（３.２１V）， 没有 LED 亮。
如果 battery voltage （VBat）高过 Vref１（３.２１V）， 但低过 Vref２（３.７５V），红 LED 亮。
如果 battery voltage （VBat）高过 Vref２（３.７５V）， 但低过 Vref３（４.２５V），红 LED 及 黄 LED 亮。
如果 battery voltage （VBat）高过 Vref３（４.２５V）， 所有 LED 亮。 |
