请问这三个的分别是什么？？

accused: a person who is on trial for committing a crime
plaintiff: a person who makes a formal complaint against somebody in a court of law
defendant: the person in a court of law who is accused of committing a crime, or who is being sued by another person

accused and defendant look like the same

in some way, "accused" should be verb while "defendant" is the person being accused....while plaintiff is the person who sues the defendant..
that's what i learn from college..

Are you a law student? Where do u study? In local Uni or private college?
I wana ask that is law very hard to study?

accused 和 defendant (被告)是差不多一样的

plaintiff 是原告

如果没记错的话，accused只是会出现在特定的案件(有关联到政府的)

i study in taylor's college..currently taking SAM (south australian matriculation)..

this is the 1st time i touch legal studies..i just study the basic things only..

em.. from what i observed is that,legal studies is quite interesting and it is easy if u can understand the lesson.. but come to exam, u have to know how to make use the notes to answer ur Q,not just answer blindly from what u get from the notes... espeacially the essay part and the issue analysis..

legal studies is not just based on memorising.. of course all those acts and years u have to remember.. u need some thinking to apply your knowledge...i think all subjects need thinking and understanding also..memorising just make yourself suffering

above are my opinion only...
if u are interesting in law..it is no harm that u take law...don't influence by other people thinking..different people got different opinion

so defendant is those who involved in crime or civil case?

是的，accused是在criminal cases,
而defendant是在civil cases.
