(吉隆坡10日讯)怡保花园(IGBB,5606,主板产业组)分拆的IGB商业产托公司今日发出招股书,预计在7月30日上市。
根据招股书内容,IGB商托共限制献售9亿4500万股,其中至多3亿7800万单位以5配2比例供怡保花园股东认购,每单位价格1令吉。
同时,也将以股代息方式,派发至多5亿6700万单位给有认购的股东,比例为2配送3。
此外,该公司献售至少2亿8200万单位给机构投资者和怡保花园特定股东,价格稍后以市场询价方式(Book Building)方式决定。
完成上市后,其股本共23亿令730万单位,将为马股市值第6大的产托公司,同时也是最大的办公楼产托公司。
招股活动从即日起开放至7月6日,机构投资者定价在7月14日,最后於7月30日在主板上市。
该公司之前与怡保花园签署的产业买卖协议,上市后的公司资产涵盖怡保花园大厦及附属建筑、Centrepoint南北两翼、Boulevard产业、Gardens南北两塔、Southpoint产业、陈与陈大厦、GTower和HampshirePlace办公楼在内的10项产业。 |
