吉隆坡16日讯）柔佛家具制造商Spring Art Holdings Bhd冀望在创业板上市筹集2442万令吉，把业务版图拓展至北美与欧洲市场。

该公司打算使用1755万令吉或71.9%资金购买新机器，为距离柔佛麻坡两家现有制造厂10公里的新制造厂（C工厂）建立两条额外生产线。

Spring Art表示，将以367万令吉充当营运资本，其余320万令吉将用于支付首次公开募股（IPO）的上市费用。

Spring Art董事经理林国荣出席招股书推介礼后告诉记者，预计新厂在2022年7月投入运作，把Spring Art的年产量倍增，以满足北美与欧洲市场不断增长的需求。

他补充说：“我认为，（持续的中美贸易战）将使我们受益，因为到目前为止，来自美国市场的询问不断增加，而且我们还与一些非常有兴趣与我们一起开发产品的客户保持联系。”

迄今，Spring Art拥有3间厂房及6条生产线，总年产量为33万7016件家具。目前，除层压活动外，其制造过程均在麻坡的制造厂进行。

全部产品都是出口至外国市场，主要是中东与亚太国家，如沙地阿拉伯、阿拉伯联合酋长国及印度。

根据Spring Art的招股书，截至今年4月杪财年，中东市场为集团营业额贡献63.7%、亚太国家占32.9%、北美与拉丁美洲贡献2.1%，其余1.3%来自其他国家。

配合首次公开募股，Spring Art发行9769万股新股，相等于扩大后股本约23.5%。首次公开募股发售价为每股25仙。

在这9769万股新股当中，2078万股将通过抽签方式供大马公众人士认购，416万股保留给合格董事与雇员及对公司有贡献的人士，其余7275万股将私下配售给获贸工部批准的指定土著投资者与指定投资者。

Spring Art计划于11月8日在马交所创业板挂牌。

（吉隆坡31日讯）预期在11月8日于马股主板上市的室特雅控股（Spring Art），在首次公开售股（IPO）活动下的公众售股获得14.71倍超额认购。
室特雅控股供大马公众认购的2078万股新股，共接获3751宗申请，共认购3亿2662万股，总值8165万令吉。
供董事及合格雇员认购的416万股新股也获全数认购。
供特定合格的土著投资者认购的9976万股新股也悉数配售。
该公司上市计划下，按发售9769万股新股，每股25仙计算，共筹集2442万令吉，其中2078万股供大马公众认购，416万共董事及合格雇员认购，余下7275万股则供特定投拥有资者认购。另外，现有股东献售的2702万股则私下配售予特定投资者。
该公司筹集的资金， 其中1755万令吉（71.9％）用于收购新机器及设立2条新产线、367万令吉（15％）用于营运资本、余下320万令吉（13.1％）用于上市费用。
