目前我们Allways Malaysia -  KLIA ( Premier Lane Service ) , KLIA2 , BKI , Penang, KK, Langkawi都有 Arrival, Departure and Transit 服务.

A)     Meet & Greet service

Our Customer Service Officers will meet your guests at the arrival gate with a placard displaying your guests’ name.

Upon meeting them, they will be accompanied through Immigration, baggage reclaim, Customs

And then accompany out to the arrival hall, either to be handed over to the receiving party, or the awaiting limousine/taxi.

B)      Send off Service

Our Customer Service Officers will meet your guests at the airport drop off point with a placard displaying your guests’ name.

Upon meeting your guests, our Customer Service Officers will be handle your guests luggage and accompanied to check in counter to assist check in.

After check in, your guests will be escorted through immigration then to the lounge / departure gate.

C)      Transit Service

Our Customer Service Officers will meet passengers at the arrival gate with a placard displaying Passengers’ name.

Upon meeting passengers, our Customer Service Officers will be assist check into the next flight.

After check in, your guests will be escorted to the lounge / departure gate.
