Dear Sir I am writing with a heavy heart of the attached termination letter received from my company. I was given this letter 2 weeks just after resuming from my 16 weeks of maternity leave. I have been with the company since Jan 2005. I have also met with a taxi accident 2 years ago and had hospitalization leave from NUH and still have follow-up as a outpatient. I am a mother of three children aged, 11, 10 and 4 months old. My husband is working in the shipping line with a take home income of less than Sgd $2000. I feel that I have been unfairly dismissed and totally confused. I seek your advice.
