卡债问题

很多年前从几千块到现在八十多千的卡债，今天收到银行来信说:referred to our appointed external debt collection agency ,the agency is authorised to act on behalf of the bank to recover all outstanding debts due to the bank .那间agency is HBG Solutions SDN .欠债者名下有间屋，想问下这屋子借loan和千卡债是同一间银行，现在银行有权来封屋吗？

屋子的名字轉給孩子名字，
不要轉給老婆（不然一起承擔銀行的債務）
然後再去申請破產。
15年後還是一條好漢。
