请教Hong Leong Wise Card 的用户

大家好，小弟有一张HL Wise Card, 每个月10%cash rebate 的那种。
我的选项是grocery + utility bill.
这里向请教一下，TNB和水费 （我的是Johor SAJ)如何才能用Wise Card 上网还？
我目前每个月单单grocery只回扣50不到，有一点浪费。
1. UOB Pay Online 目前不接受处理TNB的账单。之前可以的。不懂几时恢复服务。
2. SAJ我之前是直接在官网还的。还过一次之后Hong Leong Card 的选项直接移除了。

我刚还了TNB，不过我是用jompay还。
payonline就不知道。。
