各位广大的网友们,我刚刚进入一间公司从事人事部。一上班没多久上司就丢了一堆position title给我要我做出一个organization chart,请问我该如何清楚的把这些职位分清楚高低呢?
Position title如下:
supervisor , executive , assistant , senior assistant , officer , senior executive
紧急!!
请各位如果有这方面的知识尽快教我!

Supervisor在最上面
Senior Exec在Exec之上
Senior Assistant在Assistant之上
Assistant在Exec和Officer之下

我想你的上司是想让你跟这些人交流,了解他们的工作内容 & reporting line,才会让你来做organization chart.
要看您的公司是什么行业,有些公司的supervisor 会在 senior executive 上面,有些会在executive 下面。
若是第二种情况,排法如下 (最高级至最低):
senior executive
executive
supervisor
officer
senior assistant
assistant
(不过还是要看工作内容而定, 以上僅为参考) |

我之前的公司officer是高过supervisor..
senior executive

嗯,对。supervisor 的界线真的很难划分。要看工作范围是什么。
