问工作时面对了一个这样的问题？Why should “DT Company ”hire you for this position?

I couldn't responsibly tell you that you should hire me, but I have confidence that if you and I are meant to work together, we will both know it. What do you think?

楼上那个是找死的节奏？
这个问题其实是一定会问而且是最难答的。通常是把你自身的优点当做回答吧？

我有一个学长跟我说过，他的朋友在面试时被问这个问题，结果他跟他们说我有＂xxx＂专业文凭，请他就等于拥有他的专业．结果就被录取了．BTW ＂xxx＂专业文凭必须是吃香的． |

every candidate who step into this room also saying that he is fit and experianced, and the expected pay you are asking for is away to the highest. Let's say if i want to place you as contract worker first, and if you are good , we will convert you to be permanent with some salary adjustment. Will you take up the offer? |

对的答案是这样答：
I am reffered by XXX which is the GM of the department X, his reputation is the best reason to bring me in as my expertist is vouched by him.
群带关系就是最好的答安。。
