车险算不算retail transaction

如果用credit card刷车险, 算不算是一项retail transaction??

车险是保险类吧？算不算进retail 就不清楚，通常保险都不算retail

如果车险中GST，你给现金也是照中。

如果不中GST，你刷卡也是豁免。当然也要看银行那边如何说。
