请问各位大哥大姐前辈可以告诉我这些材料的价钱吗?
1. Single layer 0.32mm thick heavy duty polythene sheet(m2)
2. 100mm dia. dome shape outlet grating(no.)
3. pvc corner bead(m)
4. 6mm dia. mild steel as bonding ties 450mm girth(no.)

if u r the QS incharge the Tender pricing, u should know the rate, because those all are very common thing.

1) Polythene sheet is come with a roll, 200m length x 6m width, around RM 320++/roll and labour cost should be RM 0.20++/ms

2) 100mm diameter grating/dome is RM5.00++/no

3) PVC corner bead is around RM 55++/no in 6m length

4) 6mm diameter bonding ties RM 1950++/ton

i think u should ask ur purchasing department get quotation from the supplier, if you don know how to get those item. the above i giving are only materials cost without labour

But the 6mm diameter mild steel as bonding ties 450mm girth, one end hooked and cast into concrete (in Number) for a semi-D project usually how much per number(in tender rate include material, labour and profit)? Thank you.

it depend your Semi-D design, floor height, number of room, more room more high use more ties, it fix to the column when casting. 12m length rebar cut to 450mm each, labour 0.55/kg

Thank a lots~ and what is the 10mm cemboard panel that frame to gable end(wall finishes) and coved tile(floor finishes)? how much usually for the material of cemboard panel per m2 and coved tile per m? Sorry so many question to ask...Thanks you

2440mm x 1220mm x 10mm thick cemboard is around RM 45-RM 55/pcs lah, fixed on timber or ms hollw section or on walls ? with weather shield paint finish ? i think including all should be RM 45-RM 55/ms lah, cove tile i thick materials is RM 3-RM 4/fr and labour RM 1-RM 2/fr lah.
Why u so lazy ? search Google lah

Thanks a lots~all the price and quotation i can get from hardware shop, supplier, references book even CIDB price list and QS online I try already and those item malaysia market price cant get from google...

前辈...sorry for disturb again, can i know for the 2 storey semi-d bungalow project, the price in tender for ridge(m), hip(m), hip end(no.) and 3-way apex capping(no.) usually how much...very sorry for interrupt...thanks
