请问忘记RESIT，写OFFICIAL LETTER方法。

我是TARUC KL FEBE学生。

应为我不在KL，所以叫朋友帮我弄。去BURSARY还了钱，忘记拿FORM和RECEIPT去SAD。所以，没有APPEAL到。。我刚才才知道的。。。。。




昨天是APPEAL LAST DAY，我忘记了。。一直在等APPEAL信来。。。。。


FEBE office说叫我写信给DEAN,
我的英文不大好，请问要怎样写？？？

我很担心不可以RESIT，我剩下一科而已额！！！！！！！


烦死了。。。家里人一直。。。。。还。。。。。
我应该怎么写这个OFFICAL LETTER呢？？？先道歉。。。。。然后写我剩下一各科目？？？

Appealing for Resit Examination Registration. *this needed to be underlined

I am a DME2 student who took ATGE XXXX xxxx exam at 5 april 2015.My student ID is XXXXXX..
Please accept my apologies for this very late application. In assessing this application, I ask you consider the following reasons.

Due to recent school holiday, I was away from the Kuala Lumpur area and was unable to attend to the office faculty in person but I have appointed an acquaintance as a representative for me. He was able to take my stead and obtain the appeal form and posted it to me. As the appeal letter is not yet receive by me until yesterday, I make a call to sad, then I figure out this thing.

I understand that I’m already behind the due date but I would appreciate it if you could consider my application for my college exam result as I am already in my final semester and in need for a job.

I am really sorry if I causing you any problems and all I can say is that it would not happen again in future.I would ask you to grant me another opportunity to resit my last subject on the incoming August/September final exam. Feel free to call me with any questions at 016-7XXXXXX. I appreciate the time that you have taken to read my appeal.I hope you can give me a chance to repent for my mistakes in my final examination.

Attached is the receipt of RM50 appeal result fees (bursary) and my appeal form(sad).
