关于housing loan amount

想问大家。。他们所谓的95%housing loan amount 是指什么?
比如:
二手屋价能~410k
Bank value~390k
loan = 390k x 90%=351k
desposite= 410k x 10%=41k
From Bank
Loan = 351k
MRTA=9500
lawyer fee= 7500
valution fee=1000
意思说?351000+9500=360500会是我的代款?那里95%的意思?

|
90%+5%...那5%的意思就是loan agreement的legal fee, stamp duty, MRTA, valuation fee等等可以加入loan里面。。这些费用不超过5% |

90%的给卖家。
lawyer fee当然给lawyer
valuation fee给valuer
stamp duty给政府

MRTA 的借款呢?银行没那麽快给?我还以为可以拿MRTA 的钱来交balcane of purchase House...

mrta 当然直接bank morgage department 去 insurance department.

什么叫 zero down payment ? 为什么现在那么多project 是 zero down payment ?
