你進公司的時候有簽appointment letter/offer letter嗎?裡面有沒有註明你辭職所需要的時間?
如果沒有簽appointment letter就看公司handbook。
不過通常沒有簽offer letter,然後你又不想好來好去的話,
直接走人就行了。

楼主当初入工有签任何 Letter 吗?
如有那 Letter 内有写两个月 Notice 吗?
全部都没其实可以24小时内走人了。 |

裡面是這樣寫的
probation period:
3mths .on satisfactory completion of your probation initial or extended as the case may be your appointment will be confirmed in writing or pay in lieu by either party to the orther.
termination:
a) 2mths notice of intention to termination employment shall be given in writing by either the company or the employee. a shorter notice of termination may be negotiated by payment of 2 months salary by either party.the period of notice shall not include outstanding anuual leave(which can only be taken after required period of notice),unless the management agree to approve tje employees leave application in writing. |

以他offer letter這樣寫,如果我直接走人會怎樣。裡頭的意思是怎麼說?

真的如hr所說的,不管是不是probation都要2個月通知。
如果你現在直接走人,要賠公司2個月(你的薪水 X 2 mths)
