Property Management Executive

Responsibilities: * To develops new tenants for retails Lot and kiosks through planned individual account support.

* To manage and coordinate all operational matters relating to property management, building maintenance, and tenancy agreement. Requirements:

* Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Property Management, Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent.

* Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience.

Account & HR Executive

Responsibilities: * Must be able to handle full set accounts.

* Responsible for the day to day functions/operations.

* To liaise with auditors & tax agent, company secretary.

* To handle payroll. Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least LCCI Diploma/Bachelor Degree or Professional Degree in Accounting or equivalent.

* Minimum 2-5 years of work experience Preferably in Property Developer or Construction company.

* Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin.

* Able to work independently.
