给了订金不想买可否拿回钱?

还没去律师楼签,loan还proccessing

如果和发展商买的应该可以选择不要买只是损失一些processing fee/有些是完全退还。
如果是二手屋就要有银行loan reject letter,加上booking form有注明拿不到贷款可以退还订金。 |

我是跟发展商买
只有official receipt, sales form, application to purchase
我只看到这句"in the event you cancel the purchase prior to signing of the sale and purchase agreement, we shall be entitled to impose a 1% of the purchase price as an administrative fees against you
那是扣我booking 1% 还是sales 1%?
sales 1%已超过我的booking

因为你还没签s&p 所以不够扣,只扣你的booking 钱。。据我所知,如果你签了s&p 就扣1八仙

照他写的话是的却超过您的booking了。
当然这也是应该的,因为如果不是loan 不approve每个人都这样来它不是死?
sub-sales的话也是forfeit的,除非有声明loan不approve会refund |

发展商的人有讲过如果loan reject可以拿回booking fees但会扣1%
但我的loan才交不久
