会计学士和acca的关系

这个UTAR课程4年后可以避开acca直接工作3年可以是MIA member。。

我想知道，毕业后没有acca直接工作3年可以做member的意思是。。
1） 毕业后不是会计师 ？
2）必须工作3年后当了MIA member 才算合格会计师？
3）要当MIA member需要考试吗？或直接工作3年后才申请的？
4）你觉得工作3年，但还不是MIA member不是会计师，谁会让你工作3年在会计方面？
5）你觉得直接UTAR degree 4年, 然后工作三年后考试取得MIA member比较好或。。。
6）私立大学degree 3年/政府大学4年，但毕业后等于ACCA F9,不必考取9张ACCA了，只剩下最后5张ACCA看要考完吗？
7）5）和6）比较有什么优势和劣势吗？

1） 毕业后不是会计师 ？
Ans: 是会计师，但是还不是专业会计师(Chartered Accountant)。Chartered Accountant有权利签名。

2）必须工作3年后当了MIA member 才算合格会计师？
Ans: 成为MIA Member后，累计3年工作经验后是专业会计师(Chartered Accountant)

3）要当MIA member需要考试吗？或直接工作3年后才申请的？
Ans: UTAR 4 year accounting degree已经MIA承认，所以不是考MIA QE。你毕业后，马上申请成为Member，因为工作经验是从你注册开始算起。

4）你觉得工作3年，但还不是MIA member不是会计师，谁会让你工作3年在会计方面？
Ans: Accountant Assistant

5）你觉得直接UTAR degree 4年, 然后工作三年后考试取得MIA member比较好或。。。
6）私立大学degree 3年/政府大学4年，但毕业后等于ACCA F9,不必考取9张ACCA了，只剩下最后5张ACCA看要考完吗？
7）5）和6）比较有什么优势和劣势吗？
Ans: 政府大学和UTAR 4 year accouting degree一样，是MIA承认的。UTAR 4 year也是免ACCA 9张F Paper的。如果是其他私立大学(UniTEN, MMU, UniSEL除外)，一定要考了ACCA 5张P Paper，才能成为MIA Member，原因是他们的Degree没有MIA承认。

选择MIA承认的Degree，主要是避开ACCA难及格的问题，而且不用顾虑要考完了ACCA，才开始3年工作经验。UTAR 4 year的这些毕业生，毕业后直接开始计算Working Experience了。那些考ACCA的私立大学Degree毕业生，ACCA一年只有几次考试，然后要等放榜，等到来至少1年，考完后才开始算Working Experience。

注：我这里说的Working Experience是一定要成为了MIA Member才开始算起。没有成为MIA Member时工作的Working Experience，你的Working Experience不算在内。

那么拉曼学院和拉曼大学又是两所不同的学府，拉曼大学是否也是获得政府50% 资助的非盈利高等学府，所以学费廉宜？

Ans: 最便宜是拉曼学院(TARUC)，接下来是拉曼大学(UTAR)，然后多媒体大学(MMU)。

那么拉曼学院和拉曼大学又是两所不同的学府，拉曼大学是否也是获得政府50% 资助的非盈利高等学府，所以学费廉宜？
Ans: 拉曼大学没有津贴，但是以低廉的学费招收学生。
