- Provide product surpport services to customer services via phone calls and live chatting.
- Handle incoming calls and all the complaints from customer.
- 通过电话接听、网络等渠道为客户提供咨询服务;
- 解答客户问题,为客户提供产品使用支持;
- 处理客户的呼入电话或者投诉来电;
- 使用后或者电子表格做好相应记录;
- 用户回访,听取客人的意见及建议;

- Able to speak mandarin fluently, wirte and read mandarin.
- Able to work on shift basis.
- With good communication and analytical skills.
